All Taijiquan forms can be performed in this frame with the same benefits if all of the underlying harmonies are correct. However, maintaining the correct harmonies is more difficult in this frame and you will be prone to developing double weighting. If this happens, your stepping push hands will be broken, your ability to fight with Taijiquan while stepping will be broken, and your kicking jing will be broken.

This guy stars in a tai chi master tvb series starring Vincent Zhao or Zhao Wen Zhuo or Chiu Men Cheuk or Jiao Man Chek depending how you spell it. They fight towards the end of the series and this guy is friggin awesome! I still don't know his name but I am certain that some Chinese person out there knows him personally or at least knows his name. Bravo! If anyone knows his name let us know!

This video was not sped up. You can check activity of people in background like cameraman etc. All motions are natural. Sorry cowboy. He IS that fast and "sharp".

I don't think the word "brightness" means what you think it means.
