And you really don't think this team is going anywhere do you? They're a lot better than the Mets, have been for the last decade. the Mets' rotation after Johan is average at best, and outside of Beltran there isn't a consistent hitter in the lineup. And they don't have that guy like Ryan Howard that can carry a team when everyone else is slumping. Face it the Mets are at best what they've been for the last 5 years, a team good enough to compete not goood enough to get it done.

Still drawing 3 million a year. No question there are some front runners, but that happens with any championship team, for the most part these people have been there all year. Why don't you guys show some calss and try and not decalue this champiionship becuase all 3 teams the Phils played were better than both teams the Mets played in '06. Why don't Mets fans try and atleast get the stadium more than half full for the last homestand of the season and not bail on them like the last 2 years.
