The towel remedy does not work for everyone. I would also be curious to know why it was appropriate to put a crying soldier in your video?

u may have 2 do this once a week

> GUNOT301 said on 08-21-2007 at 01:27:
u dont have to worry about overheating if u have it in an open place

yeah, this works bye melting the already fucked up solder points BACK to were they were. the porblem is ther just gonna break again shortly. then again he could do the whole thing over and over again.

i love your xbox 360

> ViperXL2 said on 07-22-2007 at 06:45:
Yes it works, the fact is it's just making things worse for it over time. The more it heats up the more the solder points loosen, and if it continues it will be permanently broken. (Not meaning to rain down on your glory)

u might want to take off the tinfoul on the heat sinks of the cpu and gpu to prevent ring again

just dont put your 360 near a wall. it needs space.

it works but for mine i only get a few minutes play..the max ws about one hr or so ....i have t repeat th trick to get it fired up bt its better thn tht red asshole on th front of ma brick....im sure if u heat it for long enough nd let it cool at th right controlled temp nd dnt overheat again this cn b permanent bt 4 me its become a routine :(

> Point2wrdGod said on 05-09-2007 at 03:50:
Yeah it definitely works, and to address the question about it breaking down it may do that about three or four times but after that you should have no problems. This is just judging from my experience though. Hopefully this helps!!

is it still working? ive heard alto of people say it works for a couple of hours than breaks again... btw where did you get the cool looking case?

> primachord said on 04-28-2007 at 04:49:
Did you have any problems with the OPEN TRAY prompt? DId the gmaes read at all after the towel method? If it did, awesome. If id didnt, id say a class action lawsuit is in order so that Bill Gates can be brought to justice. I had my system for 14 days since purchase, played the system for 6 times total in 30 minute intervals, and the open tray prompt goes up. Fu*k'in A. Hope im not the millionth unsatisfied gamer in Microsoft History. Cheers!
