I agree, one of the greatest DND based games of it's time. True, there was some sketchy parts, but if you work through it, it's very rewarding.

This game is actually pretty awesome. It's not 'pick up and play' like Contra, but if you take your time to learn how to play, it's pretty rewarding.

I said it once and Ill say it again. Fuck all the naysayers. I actually enjoyed this game.So it's a little wtf at times. So is Katamari Damacy. As an actual RPG/Adventure game, it kicks ass. For those who cry about where to go, PAY THE FUCK ATTENTION TO WHAT PEOPLE SAY IN GAME. God DAMN. People can't appreciate old games, I swear. You start off with a castle in plain sight. Go to it, wander around, the guy tells you to go to his sister's castle.All the naysayers: You all suck and should die.

It has become apparent that I have bad taste in games. The more cryptic a game , the more I love it. Say what you will, the weirdness of this game's puzzles and enemies and the ease of dying created an atmosphere of terrour and a feeling of insignificance that one can only call 'Drakkhenian.'

I bought this game the first day it came out. Trust me, it wasn't cool. There was no explanation at all of what you were supposed to do. No way to tell if you were going in right direction. The story didn't even make sense, and wouldn't even have an idea of what you were trying to accomplish. A stinker of a game. Also, it was one of the most expensive games to ever come out at the time.
