Oh yeah. China is a major source. There have been reports of animal cruelty in Mongolia, Australia, and The U.K. They would skin cats and dogs! take their fur and sell the meat. I remember someone telling me that there have been reports that this certain breed of dogs I believe were bound and they would be cut at the groin because the hair grows a little finer, but I can't seem to find shit on it.
