The Lingenfelter Corvette does the same from 0-60. Of course, this video is a year old. I guess "fastest" doesn't last very long.

This thing is a production car? I though it was kit car like those Factory Five hundred cars since you can use whatever engine you want (although a Chevy engine is supposedly recommended for this thing).

You mean the 600hp 4WD version that does 0-60 in 2.5sec. !! Hate to tell you but the rallycross version of the same does 0-60 in 1.9sec but neither count as a production car LOL.

veyron: you can get in it in the morning and it will start first time, you can turn on air cond and it will keep you cool, you can hear the cd player, you can have a conversation you can put shopping in the boot it will get over speed bumps, and will take you to 253mph,thats the point of a fast car.

Well, the driver locked the brakes, so I guess the slowing down time is therefore invalid.

Maybe but it weighs a lot less. Less power needed to go forward and to stop.
