the police may have got called by the neighbors also. it kinda sounds like she may have killed her family and then tried to stage the emergency call. the operator asked her where was she shot and she hesitated to say "I think im shot in the leg im not sure". then when she was getting off the phone she calmed down like she wasn't that hurt anymore.
