I saw this movie in 7th grade. After it i started thinking about the electric car

The worlds biggest scheme, print fiat money and use it to but real assets from the mid east.

if you add a tesla resonant antenna you can make an electric car have infinite milage! i remade nikola teslas wireless energy system, you take energy and make it wireless which can be used for electric motors and run them forever as long as their is a wireless power transmitter! its really important technology and 100 yrs old now!

Using oil to drive our cars in this age, with our technology is a crime and future generations will codemn us for it, it's as simple as that... Oil isn't there for ever, we will need every drop of it if we want to maintain the technology we have today because oil derevates are used in everything, that's why it's a crime that we use it as engine fuel. Let's hope the electric car will finally break trough...

They are printing money and giving it to oil sheiks, to get part of it.

Printing money would cause an increase in inflation. Printing money is not as simple as it sounds.

What happens when half of american go home from work, and during peak electricity usage hours, and plug in their cars? We are trying to shit down coal power plants as it is!

I mean, it doesn't make any sense."They" control the government, have the government kill the electric car, then have the government print money and give it to oil sheiks for oil, and get part of that money through selling gas; instead of just getting the money directly.

because it's a conspiracy!... but it would have been too simple and not make a very good movie if they just asked GM about it.

Quick question:If oil people control the government to a degree that they can have them kill the electric car to sell more gas. Why don't they just have them... say, print the money for them instead?

If I had one car like that I've would have wrote a check to GM packed up and ditched the country.

they had 3 choices: 1. Keep making a car they are losing money on and not many can afford. 2. Cancel the car but keep producing expensive parts for a car not many people can afford to fix. 3. Buy all the cars back and destroy them.

Hummer makes money? Now they what bailout money. Where's the Hummer. GM must fail. Can't believe I sold these car once. So glad I quit.

I read several comments...datonz was good...so were most others. MY only question is why CRUSH them all?? If people were ready to buy them...(at the end of the movie) why didnt they sell them?
