This video is posted more than 2 years ago. Even if his name isn't Steve Ryan, wouldn't it be probable that we would have heard more about it? I checked on the web, and my guess is that this is a hoax.

Then you have to buy an electric engine. This is showing how you run an ICE with the technology.

He should disconnect the battery after the engine is started. The way I imagine it happens, is that he uses electricity to separate the H2 & O2 and then the engine burns it...but why would you bother to separate it when you could just use the electricity in the first place? In order to be the invention he wants it to be, it will need to be able to run without the constant input from the battery. If it can't, then you don't need the whole extra step of separating and combusting the fuel.

i wish thay make a vehicle that can just work on pure water not the 2H just pure H20 water <.< no disconnectiong the H from the o but mabye thay could make sometihng in a car when u jsut put h2o in and the car seppirates the 0 from the h it self so u dont have 2 seppirate it soemwere before u can put it in the car

It's ironic how nothing is mentioned in this entire clip on the water burning process. If it actually works, the secret would get out somewhere then it would be widely used.

i would like to see his electrolyse :)how he gets enough H2 out of the water,to power a engine constand.

What this guy has likely done is to simply have fuel in the tank already, the water will have a higher specific gravity than the gasoline so it will sink to the bottom of the fuel tank leaving the gas on top. Then the 'inventer' fits a fuel tube with a float on the top so it skims the top of the tank where the gasoline is. Just ask him to empty the entire tank of any liquid and then fill it with water. Its an illusion folks, aka a scam.
