f*ck that , i run 35-45 minutes every day in my park area probably 6-8 miles , and i feel great .... i exercise in the evenings ... i do push ups , pull ups , abs, squats etc.lost 45 pounds in 2 and a half years , because i did everythign SLOW so it became a habit , i started from a slow jog a week to now 7 days a week of running.

I lost a condisderable amount of weight about three years ago (60 pounds) and I have kept about most of it off. The first couple months were slow, I counted calories and added light exercise to my daily routine. The last few months the pounds just fell right off because I began walking 2 to 4 miles daily.

I really like your videos Obaid. You have very healthy suggestions and your voice is very relaxing.Do you think eating more meals (like 6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 large ones) throughout the day will actually boost the metabolism. A lot of people tell me that and I'm thinking of trying it.
