I have been struggling with pain in my hands (specifically thumb/index finger and wrists) on both hands for a while. I started doing these stretches for the last few hours and am experiencing a burning sensation in my right wrist and aching pain in my inner forarm (right wrist) is this normal?

Thank you so much. I am a 49 year old woman and your instructions are great. I feel better already. Most things I've heard say to not move the wrist, put ice on it, wear a brace etc. Nothing had helped so far. I'm glad I found this. Bless you very much!!!=)

hey, just saw this, tried it and I already feel it helps. I will check back to tell you if I made any progress.I think I got these problems from playing the guitar and also excessively typing and using a mouse (which I swap from left to right on a regular basis but it doesn't help anymore).

thanks dude. I'm a 17 year old percussionist myself. In the marching percussion activity (which I have been involved in for a while) the technique(s) require rigerous repetition to a high degree. Not to mention the drum sticks are significantly heavier in marching percussion then they would be on say a drumset. Unfortunately I developed tendonitis in the right wrist due to playing a lot along with the fact that I spend much time typing & using a mouse. These helped me greatly. thanks again

Thank you. In less than five minutes you have greatly influenced my life. I'll be sure to pass this video around. I am only 17 and from now on I'll be sure to show this to people so they can prevent CTS and Tendonitis from happening in the first place. Thank you so much.

I'm just at a computer and also do some guitar.wow! that was great. I've done some things similar, but it was so nice to see a great straight forward explanation and routine.

No, in my thumbs and wrist. It's common in people in that area due to the amount we use our thumbs.

I have tendonitis...it's bad, I advise everyone to do these exercises just do you DON'T get it...Thank you so much! Tendonitis has been very annoying, and even picking up text books and participating in culinary has been painful.
