no, I'm going to be a second time mom come june. I had a vaginal delivery with my daughter and the placenta almost felt like jello. It feels nothing at all like the birth so plz dont worry :)

This video is so obviously geared toward the medical model of pregnancy and labor. The next in the series shows a mom reading What to Expect..., which is NOT a book I would ever recommend reading if you are expecting. The best way to have a vaginal delivery if you are low risk is to get a midwife and stay at home! With a trained midwife it's just as safe or safer than the hospital - and much more empowering for the parents!
