yes that is correct. you have to balance all muscle groups or else you get an uneven muscle pulling resulting to injury. :)

yes i didnt know this (im 15)and i was in the gym and some abs excersise use my back muscles and i never used my back muscles so i couldnt move my arms up for a week because i over worked a muscle i pretty much never used

chest and triceps, back and biceps. They say this because when you train chest, your triceps are used as secondary muscles, and when working back, your biceps are secondary. Im trying something different though, because I don't have access to a gym anymore. Im doing chest ,triceps and biceps, and back and shoulders together. I saw it as a routine on the net somewhere, and I want to see what the results will be.

a chin up is when your palms are facing your face and you use more of your bicep to pull you up. A pull up uses more of your lats and is when your using an overhand grip.

Hey dxbod nt much diff, it's just pull ups are always refered as wide grip or normal grip n chin ups as close grip.
