yes that is correct. you have to balance all muscle groups or else you get an uneven muscle pulling resulting to injury. :)

yes.consider that many things depended on the back muscle... and the exceeding weight on the abdominal region would stresses the back.

chest and triceps, back and biceps. They say this because when you train chest, your triceps are used as secondary muscles, and when working back, your biceps are secondary. Im trying something different though, because I don't have access to a gym anymore. Im doing chest ,triceps and biceps, and back and shoulders together. I saw it as a routine on the net somewhere, and I want to see what the results will be.

if you want a ripped chest, you need a ripped back

a chin up is when your palms are facing your face and you use more of your bicep to pull you up. A pull up uses more of your lats and is when your using an overhand grip.

hey everybody, if you dont have dumbells or a pullup bar, just go to a local park or elementary school after school hours cause there is always monkey bars or something of the sort you can do pullups on or chin ups.

in order to work the chest ou need to use your triceps in benching

> jonhwolf said on 10-12-2009 at 22:21:
is it ok working chest and back at the same time , i mean some say its not good to do , you know , they say to do biceps and chest , triceps and back....

Hey dxbod nt much diff, it's just pull ups are always refered as wide grip or normal grip n chin ups as close grip.
