I admire Alex Collier's teachings. They are echoed all over these comments. One thing I find pause in, with this project is a repeated statement that they don't harm us, thus they are peaceful. If that were so, first contact would have been disclosed long ago and we'd be living in a star trek era right now. Instinctively our leaders, for whatever reason, held back. They didn't trust. We have to assume that even disclosure is part of an agenda. We are still only being told what we NEED to know.

I think that it's important to understand that yes the phenomenon is real. Disclosure to the extent this project is suggesting that the occurrence is genuine, it's real and they exist. This disclosure is still on a "need to know basis". Controlled by those who kept the secret imo. It won't be the whole of the story, the truth. It will be just disseminated information deemed needed to know by the public. Honestly, this project is great, I love it. But I'm not naive. This info was allowed to us.

Negative ETs are at the very top of the pecking order here on Earth. Why haven't they destroyed us? Rather than destroy us, they breed billions of us and farm us economically.
