Just want to share a few facts here:1. Port Alberni, and other parts of Vancouver Island were hit by a tsunami on March 28, 1964, the tsunami footage is not fake2. Port Alberni is in Canada, not the States3. Nobody died because the first wave to hit Port didn't do much damage and gave people warning that they had to get to higher ground, the second wave did all the damage4. As of 2009, Port is no longer the "worst place to live" :)

I saw the old news footage on this. Man, that's crazy. I mean this video (thanks for posting by the way!) shows the damage, but it's truly a miracle that no one died, thank GOD! Thanks for posting this :D Great to see it in color too :)
