I have always been an Atheist which is something I don't but down to my own scrutiny of any religion, it was more the fact that I am a daydreamer in a sense. I've always lived in my own fantasy's and never in other peoples.I loved this video. I've always wanted to know what sort of mentality someone who is going through such a transition has. This was an enlightening experience.Thank you. :D

I turned Christian when I was 19, stayed Christian till when I was about 39, then I had my Stage 1, but I did not go to stage 3 until I was like 44 or 45 when I seriously question my faith. Then at I become stage 4 - 5 at around 2007.Now I am like you, finding new meanings.

I had a similar path. I was raised Catholic by my mom and went through all the motions of the Catholic faith; all the rituals and prayers, .etc. I never really bought into it, I just played along. None of it ever made sense to me. My mom isn't an extremist, by any means, and didn't mind at all when I strayed from the religion. My dad never spoke to me about "God".I had questions when I was very young like "If every religion says it's right, which one is?"

Elegant, beautifully spoken and presented. Many parallels to my thought process as a child, although I was removed by 1 generation from religion. What this video says to me is that critical thinking is the most important things to learn in life. The question your teacher asked seems like it was formed to kick-start the critical thought process in your life and wasn't formed to demean the beliefs you had at that time. Thanks for sharing

Wow. I'm grateful my parents didn't raise me as anything. That meant I pretty much started off at stage 5. Thank you for sharing, that was awesome.

Well done!! Thank you for this video. I grew up Mormon and struggled with the same things for years. I was in my early 20s when I finally got past stage 4 and finally used the word "atheist" to describe myself for the first time. I quite liked this video. Thanks again.

Ah, you were referring to the eye thing — yep, with the 7 rectangles as my starting point for the design, it had to be either the mouth or the eyes, and eyes give so much more info/expression.

Cool, he is this anarchist from Canada trying to invoke mutiny. Try searching stimulators channel, he uses that eye thing too and I quite like the idea.
