Thanks for the video. I've been fascinated by these cars since I read about them during the '80s in a National Geographic.I'm surprised how smoothly it appears to drive. The shifting seems very easy.

You make a good point about many cars being equal to or below a Trabant's performance. I prefer to look at great affordable cars, like the Austin Mini, and VW's Beetle and Golf.
