This list is truly messed up. Its not even remotely accurate or the times that many are saying here. Chris Johnson has the FASTEST EVER COMPUTERIZED 40 time. It is AN OFFICIAL TIME...not unofficial with guys using a manual stopwatch which has so much human error in it. A guy starting with a stopwatch and then stopping it manually with a stopwatch is not valid or objective or official. Ginns 4.06 or others with 4.1 are invalid and quite biased and were never duplicated electronicaly.
