Stop saying in a moment. Why don't we kill Patrick Wayne and bring back Ray Combs from the dead. to host in a moment. Oh that's right he was on Family Feud then. Jump in movies? Why don't I jump into the Tic Tac Dough movie. Eat that.

Watching this is getting me thinking, GSN has had a habit of picking up a lot of recent game shows(that is to say shows that have been in first-run recently), however USA picked up a lot of recent GS when they ran them, I think most of USA's game shows that they reran were cancelled at least a couple years before they started running on USA. So I guess it's not that bad that GSN is running Richard Karn's FF or Donny Osmond's Pyramid a lot.

I don't think anyone actually made it to 15, did they?I have an episode where a champ gets knocked off at his 14th game, but that's as far as I think anyone went.

I actually love this theme and I've looked up and down the internet and I just can't find it and that sux. And I actually love the game show set. I don't really have anything bad or good to say about Patrick. I definitely LUUUUUV that chime sound when the categories as well.

I thought Caldwell was better than Wayne. Sure, he goofed, but he never acted over-caffeinated like Wayne did. And as for anyone being better than Caldwell, you forget that the genre was (dis)graced by Paul Rodriguez's Newlywed Game.

They could've at least kept the 1978-86 theme music for this rendition of Tic Tac Dough.Another flaw: Once you won 15 games in a row, you were gone.I don't recall every 5th consecutive win by a contestant for this version resulting in a brand-new car either(Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour theme playing).

Yeah you have a point there..that ass ugly suit...the cheese eating grin Caldwell had..makes me wish that dragon would jump from the screen and eat his ass ..but i wouldn't want to wish him indigestion due to all the hair spray that was use to keep that hair of his up

Well, he wasn't as good as Wink Martindale. But he was better than Jim Caldwell (In all honesty, anyone is better than Jim Caldwell!).

So could have been the tie game format; the pot should've carried over. And even more, contestants who had won every fifth game should've been awarded a new car.

At the time, Wink was hosting "Great Getaway Game" for the Travel Channel; but there have been several game show hosts who hosted more than one show simultaneously; Alex Trebek did at the time, so I don't see why Wink wouldn't have been available.

Hondo, the game was in progress, so it was O's turn. There were 2 X's and 1 O on the board when this episode began.

Also, doesn't anyone find it unusual for an episode to start with O's turn?Heck, I've recently seen it on a GSN rerun of the Martindale version.
