That third PIT maneuver was a very poor choice by the police officers involved. Notice that the driver was on an overpass. There is no way to predict traffic below; that kind of reckless behavior on the part of the police is why people hate them. This also goes to show why the police need different intervention techniques for vehicles. By the way, GREAT VIDEO :)
