An 8 hour charge time seems quite a lot. In comparison there are some electric cars which will charge 80% in 15 minutes and 100% in an hour

Why do owners of the 14000 pound car rent the batteries. One would think the batteries would come with. I would except a cheaper battery with a shorter range.

Some how I doubt it, we'd just be trading being big oils bitch to being the battery companies bitch, if you'll pardon the pun, I think, think had better have a rethink about the think

It's not an American car. It's a Norwegian car in London with a Norwegian number plate.

Hold on £14'000 to buy then you have to pay another £100 a month battery rental on top of that...... er... no thanks, £14'000 is a lot for a two seat car (that isn't a sports car) and £100 a month is a fucking joke... maybe if it was like £20 a month then I'd think about it but £1'200 a year battery rental feels like being raped up the arse.

I thought in London the steering wheel is on the right side. Is that an American version? Is it legal to drive American cars in London?

Lovely. His first comment is; "It feels very car-like."What was he expecting? Amphibious landing craft handling?Space Shuttle handling?Golf cart handling?I feel like the first few times I plug in my first EV it'll be weird, but after that wears off it will feel like a totally natural thing to do.And then it'll seem like going to a gas station to pump gallons of smelly poisonous HIGHLY FLAMMABLE liquid into a car will seem utterly ridiculous.Because it is.

Little to no maintenance cost, very low recharging cost. I think it's worth it. Especially since you don't have to pay to replace the battery.

100 pound a month for renting batteries. Isn't it a little pricey? It would be 200$ us dollars a month to rent batteries.
