My G-g-g-g-g-generation sucks except for all the cool kids that listened to the good old stuff if you're under 25 and love this music then you are one of the lucky ones :D

4:06 - he just went deaf. There's no fucking way someone's ear drum could sustain that.

Jeez! You guys need to stop arguing and listen to more Who!

Keith didn't put any explosives in the drum-he bribed the stage tech who put a safe amount of explosive in the drum originally to keep adding more powder to enhance the effect. Keith kept giving the guy Brandy to get him to do it. When the explosion went off, Pete did indeed lose some of his hearing in his left ear, which was too close to the exploding bass drum. Mickey Rooney and Bette Davis were reported to be back stage watching the show. Bette fainted into Mickey's arms after the explosion.

So you are going with the Greek definition of what irony is then? A definiton over 2000 years old. There is a modern definition which is the one that i chose to use. If you insist on using old definitions you must honestly tell me you have never said 'terrific' as meaning something fantastic, nor 'awesome' for that matter. Please don't be a pendantic prick, words change meanings. Get with the times, square.

adamiusrex get the hell over it, Keith is dead the who have split up and that was a kick ass show

> adamiusrex said on 12-06-2009 at 14:25:
You misunderstand what irony is. Your reply was not meant to be ironic; it was meant to point out that my reply to the guy was ironic. Hang in there, you'll start understanding stuff soon!

> iam18iswearreally said on 12-06-2009 at 10:51:
'Firstly' it was meant to be ironic, however I should have anticipated the fact that your intelligence levels clearly require a baser form of humor e.g. sarcasm. I am sorry that most of my reply would have thus appeared incomprehensible (unable to be understood). You might also want to disregard this reply, as it does contain some words with more than one syllable, lest your feable mind be completely and utterly blown away.

Holy shit . they dont make em like that any more.I saw them 2 years ago , thinking they would probably be old farts , but they were great

> adamiusrex said on 12-05-2009 at 17:09:
Geez, all Im saying is Keith shouldn't have done it. After all it did cost Pete 90% of his hearing in one ear. For some reason some of you say, "No, he SHOULD have done it!" I'm sure both Pete AND Keith thought it was a stupid move in retrospect.

> adamiusrex said on 12-05-2009 at 17:00:
Firstly, YOU used it too! Secondly, mine is at least intelligible...you were able to figure out what I meant. Thirdly, mine is explained by the fact that I have a slow computer that occasionally drops a keystroke. Seriously, "retard", can YOU figure out what that guy meant by "men was cuz"? I sure as hell can't! Caaaalm down and stop trying to find a zinger in what I said, because your last one was a FAIL.

Frankotico--Keith add 3 times the explosives. I don't think they knew that it was going to be that loud. I mean, I don't know a whole lot about the Who or marketing or whatever, but I don't *think* that is was supposed to be as big as it did.

> iam18iswearreally said on 12-05-2009 at 06:32:
I 'din't' know that was how one spells 'didn't'. As you said, 'retard, heal thyself!'

He truly was amazing. What's even more amazing is HOW FUCKING YOUNG HE IS HERE! HOLY SHIT!!!!!!! 22, I'm so used to him looking elderstatesman-ly, even compared to Pete and Roger in his later years. Amazing.

John, in my opinion, is the best in the band, I've never heard base played better then that, usually base is just back ground tune but in this it was just fucking amazing

> felphero said on 12-04-2009 at 04:16:
