3:58 shouldn't it be "parlay voo-zanglay"? since vous and anglais are connected?

well. bien et vous would be formal. you would normally use "bien, et toi"

the verb tenses I think are the most difficult part. I still don't understand when to use l'imparfait or passé composé. I guess as long as a person masters passé composé, présent, et futur proche, they can get by, all the rest is extra

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, some of the phrases are slightly incorrect in that they should only be used for informal or formal speaking. For example: "Comment ca va?" is only something you would say to a peer, friend and possibly fellow adult. However, one would not say that to an adult (for example) if they were a teen or kid.

The most difficult part about french is understanding what people are saying because they have such a strong french accent. The people in the vid are speaking VERY slowly and pronouncing every word. The second most difficult thing is they have so many different ways to use the tenses and third, they have so many words that don't convert to anything in English and most other languages.

"Bonjour" is a simple hello, but it's also used to express Good Morning, as opposed to saying "Bon Matin"

Yeah your right. I'm french and of course i'm learning french litterature in a french college and it sucks a little(I'm failing) and also it's true that english is easy, I never tried to learn english and I speak english better than french but russian grammar is a little harder...

well first off, have you tried learning french litterature, what most people dont come to realise is that not ever language is formed in the same way as english, french is one of the hardest because of all the differnt ways and forms of saying something. there are probably 3 times more words in french than there are in other languages

You don't say au revoir when you want someone dead, it just like a polite goodbye
