actually, it cleans it and burns it up then shoots it out the exhaust pipe. hence the big cloud of smokeand what would synthetic oil have to do with high milage. its better for the engine (unless you got a leak, since its more lubricative than regular oil and would leak faster

does it actually help anything, besides getting rid of a lot of gunk..cause where does all that gunk go? everywhere else in the motor...just like hw you shouldn't use a synthetic motor oil after many many miles...cause it has to go somewhere
