we are the product of a negative equation and we are only here to balance this equation. We have probably come close to balancing this equation in many worlds before this. There are two pathways i know to solving your problem of missing happiness, one involves scientific explaination the other involves the same theory without explanation so it is magic.

Scientific research has shown that when correcting for social status, income has no influence on happiness. You're confusing which is causing which. (correlation is not causation)

i don't think i'm trying to pursue happiness as such because sometimes i feel the most alive when i'm sad. but i want all of life to hit me. i want to feel the euphoric and the agonising, just please let it be real... and let it be intense! i'm hungry for what ever's coming as long as it penetrates my hard heart!

Perception IS reality. Look at these Muslims standing in line to blow themselves up the believe 40 virgins are waiting for them and in thier reality there are.

You have struck it on the head. 90% of people spend so much time looking for something. They miss what is right there. Our attitude gets into our way. Everybodies. I am a background investigator and understand that perception is important. It is the difference between getting part of a story and getting the entire story. If you come off crabby your going to get crabby back. It's nice to see somebody who has a grasp on it.Great video.

I think that is just a tool that we as councious beings use to develop imunity to certain things are far beyound ourselves dat take us to moments of emotional inmovility, we need an eviroment we don't have so is created from us with what we call persuit of happines is just accept dat the day is better than da 1 you're livin and carry on, but u need a goal to be like that cus if you don't worship something in life you don't need happiness and nothing else so you just stop feeling.

Happiness is brought to you when you are confident about yourself and are genuine with everyone. Be yourself. People try to emulate others too much, you know? All that brings is sorrow when they find out they aren't *actually* the ones they are emulating, and never will be. But that doesn't matter IRL. Know what I mean?

Could not comment before. Ran out of COMMENTJUICE! I hear from thedakkster that Ian is pretty cool face to face. I can completly understand about people who take advantage of your goodness. I don't look it but I am as loyal as a dog. And this has often been my downfall. Time to let go of old friends?
