The only thing that bugs me is that she's mad at him because she thinks he didn't write her. But why couldn't she write him? She wasn't incapable. Anyway, in response to your comment, I think he's saying that he wrote her for a year but since he didn't get any response he gave up. I'd give up way before a year if I wasn't getting any feedback.But I do like this scene :D
