That night was the worst loss I'd felt since Piazza left the Mets.......I can still remember Endy making that catch and thinking "This is a sign that this WILL be they year!"And then Beltran LOOKS at called strike three- I hated him the entire winter for that; great player, love the guy, but it killed me inside........Of course I live in CA, and was in HS at the time, went to class the next day and no one could understand why I was so bitterly upset.....PLEASE rebound, Mets......
