I liked it. A movie like this does require a certain kind of intelligence to "get" though. It's humor is in the sweet/sad absurdity of such a division of the Army actually existing and that quiet ridiculousness is what makes it "funny." It's not slapstick or your typical "just for laughs" comedy like 40 Year Old Virgin, the Hangover, Knocked Up, SuperBad or anything of that ilk.
