It says that on mine. Then right next to it, it says use half hydrogen peroxide and water. and rinse your mouth. helps with canker sores.

This is very interesting. I have heard of the ozone therapies and obviously i heard you can drink the hydrogen peroxide mixing a certain amount with distilled water, but i have a question. I have heard of people inhaling hydrogen peroxide using a nasal spray and i just wanted to know if you recommend inhaling 35% hydrogen peroxide food grade (obviously after bringing it down to 3%) and also where can i purchase a 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide on the internet for cheap.

What website are you talking about? I'd love to check it out and learn more about this stuff. Email me at sjhopson(at)yahoo(dot)com with hydrogen peroxide in the subject and let me me know you are responding to this comment.

I became ill 3 yrs ago. I felt like I would die. I was dizzy, weak - muscle spasms. I read up on healing properties of peroxide and I began pouring it in my bath & in my belly button. Some strange things happened immediately & I got much better very quickly & combined the treatment with green drinks and ingesting aloe vera and plenty of garlic. I'm 90% better now. I can't wait to be 100%, that will take perseverance & dedicaion on my part and adherance to healthy diet and regular treatments.

Thanks for sharing. I agree amalgam fillings are best avoided and removed if already in place. You're the first and only person to mention H2O2 reacting with amalgam fillings. Has anyone else had the same or opposite reaction? I don't have any fillings and my family all have "white" fillings.
