I have actually met her. My sister and I were in L.A.. last year on holiday for 3 weeks and we saw her just outside Tiffany's. I asked for her autograph and told her I am a fan of hers and she was extremely friendly. Not many celebs would stop and talk to the fans like that.

Lo's can work on her arrogance maybe a little. But overall she seems to be intellegent, classy, and funny. and she very loyalt to Lauren. Sometimes she can come of as being overprotected and obsessive.
