I live in fl, and never heard about this. I have a 2 year old boy, and i would honestly say that these piggys would never get court time, because i would be in jail for their murder if they ever hurt my child like this!!! no joke!! problem is you give these guys a position of power and they abuse it. NOT everyone does but these guys did and they knew it cause you can see them looking to see who's watching.
