I Know That She's Dead But Her Daughter Lived With Her. So To Re-Phrase That Moolah's Daughter Is My Neighbor.

I watched this video when I was about 12 too. By then, I knew lady wrestling was 'my thing.' But this match stands out for so many reasons -- probably too many to list in a post. But I'd love to chat with anybody who is interested in lady wrestling, partcularly this era of lady wrestling.

Some People May Think I'm Lying But Moolah Is My Neighbor. She Lives Behind Us. The Don't Associate With There Neighbors Much.

True confession - I had a mad crush on Susan Greene. And Joyce Grable. Good thing I didn't see this match as a kid or I wouldn't have slept for a week. :)

This match was from Georgia Championship Wrestling, I'm guessing late 70's. Freddie (BEEEEEEEEE THEEEEEEERE!!!) Miller was the ring announcer.

According to Penny Banner, Toni Rose did not attend Moolah's funeral because she would have felt like a hypocrite. Rose said they never talked in real life. I guess after Rose got out of wrestling, she and Moolah were not friends anymore.
