Actually you do get an on-screen map. Unless the game is different for the Wii. I have it for PS2, and find it enjoyable, but the ending is disappointing. You can't even continue playing after the game ends but it still has great replayability.

I have this game too and it is pretty, and cute, but I havn't finished it yet. It seems easy and childlish, but it is harder than expect and last long.
