they ARE from athens Georgia but they're the one who started the music craze in Athens. Thanks to them every one who can pick up a guitar in Athens starts a band. Cindy Wilson happens to have the key to the city of Athens. And they AREN'T tacky they've made it to the big time. about 5 golden records. 5 or 6 silver. And many singles sold. Most of the members are rich and loaded. I can't imagine sitting at they're concerts either because their music is for standing up and dancing to. so tempting.

Say whatever you want about this band, but the women can fucking sing, esp the one in black here. Damn, she's got a powerful voice.
