Sorry if I came across as a little mean with my last comment, but my point really is that Mr. Black is certainly entitled to live his life as he sees fit. He seems to have a real carefree attitude towards life and he has done mostly comedic roles. I would say he brought some overdue comedy to American Idol. Jack Black is going to live his life the way he wants to, not the way someone wants him to. If the guy wants to have fun, let him. It isn't like someone is getting hurt.

You are correct. If Mr. Jack Black wants to make a living by making a fool of himself, he has every right to. If he has the option to sing the song nicely instead of jumping around like a comedian, he has every right to. I am sure that he does earn alot more money the I do with his Sesame Street appearances and video games. I am just wondering if he could have earned even more money and fame than he is now, if he performed the song normally and not like a comedian.
