All your answers: 1) this was made in 1967: the members of the Teen Titans from the comics were Aqualad, Kid-Flash, Robin, Speedy & Wonder Girl.2) Yes Wonder Girl despite being the strongest and possibly the most powerful member DOES faint in this. 3) Kid Flash IS Wally West, they gave him brown hair instead of red, and reversed the colors on his costume.4) Robin wasn't available to Filmation yet because of the Batman 1966 tv series.5) There are only 3 of these Teen Titans cartoons.

Which is exactly why I wish the original five had been the main five instead. They deserved to be more than 'minor characters'. The original five would have worked better anyway, given that the cartoon was directed toward younger audiences, and therefore characters like Raven and Starfire were dumbed down way out-of-character to be more presentable to children. The original five would have suited the fun, lighthearted theme of the cartoon a lot more. Or Young Justice.

It was 5 minutes because it was part of a bigger show-the Superman hour, so it had to go in between other episodes and I guess the Titans weren't as well known back then.
