What a great video, by a great company! I've always loved Taylor guitars, but never knew the extent of their class! Great job guys!

I have 3 Taylors, and I love them all, This is typical of what you get from this company. My buddy told when i first started to play that when i was ready to spend good money on a nice guitar it "BETTER SAY TAYLOR" Im glad i took his advice. Bob, you all make the nicest sounding guitars in the business, please keep up the good work, and Way to go taking care of this guy.

Wow, great info, thanks for the tip about the TSA policies. I'm gonna try that out.I bought a Steinberger just so when I travel I could carry it onboard and easily pass by the Flight attendant Gestapos. It works but I miss having an acoustic available.

P.S. : I am not a Taylor sponsored artist, I paid full price for my guitar and my only perks are my gorgeous, free magazine and being a completely satisfied customer.

I've owned a Taylor 710 for over 14 years and when I put on a great set of strings and allow the uninitiated to give it a strum I've seen their eyes about pop out of their head. Theresponse from Bob Taylor is totally in line with everything I've known the company to be. They have been driven by love of guitars and not the big bucks from the get go. When you buy one, they stay connected with you for life through their free quarterly magazine. They deserve every bit of praise they are getting.

This is a great video, thank you Taylor Guitars! As a musician myself (bass guitar), I've also heard LOTS of horror stories about guitars not surviving commercial flights. The consensus seems to be that heavy-duty aluminum frame flight cases, such as those advertised in Musician's Friend and elsewhere are best to use if you want to transport your instrument in checked baggage, but it's good to know that they CAN be carried on, too. Thank you again Mr. Taylor for this valuable information.

Yeah, I bet Richard Branson smokes a hyper-bowl, he sure don't look too coherent most of the time.

Bobyour the man!! Thanks for making the best guitars in the world. I don't own one yet, but an 814CE IS on my bucket list!! Thanks for helping Dave Corroll keep on making his music. I won't ever be flying United, but I will but a Taylor. Good luck with that United!!

Robert Taylor is just like Richard Branson, minus the hyperbole and BS.

Wow! I knew there was a reason why I like Taylor guitars besides the fact that they play well.

My 710CE has endured its share of bad and bumpy flights although never like Dave Carroll's experience. It's an incredible instrument and my direct experience with Taylor has been solid.
