you can see that hes resisting arrest when hes going around in cirlces. I know hes being shocked right at that moment, but he should of had his behind his back and not moving. he could of had a knife on him, and yes i know they have metal detectors at airports, but officers arent that intelegent to know that. So this man was clearly dissobeing orders and was not acting accordingly to the instructions these fine officers gave him. He'd still be alive if had just followed the rules of the police.
