Coruscant isn't the most populous planet either. The films and books never say it is. Some star systems have multiple habitable planets and then you have species like the duros wich live in space stations all over the galaxy. Naboo is not like earth. They avoid overpopulation so they can all live comfortably.

I don't think a Hutt planet of gas and filth could number into the trillions, but hundreds of billions, and I think you made an error with Coruscant having the same pop as coruscant, as I said, most planets have tens of billions-hundreds of billions.I know for a fact that Coruscant keeps gaining trillions more temporary citizens, :).
