lucky, i was on the freeway once and a ladder was on the road that me n the proche in front of us idnt noe about, and her just saw it like 20 feets before and tried to drive around it, managed to get on a 45 degree angle on 2 wheels and landed b4 we ran right over it and popped all our tires.

speed bump looks like it was placed there to slow speeders down.. looks like a red light flashing to warn drivers to slow down or soemthing.. drivers should be able to see that bump..or anything for that matter, and slow down in time. If they cant, they shouldnt be driving .
