Meh, Tumbleweed's houses are smaller: their smallest model is a trailer with a mere 65 sq'.

its not that amazing, the concept of using light and getting rid of clutter is common .I live in Pakistan and we have a housing society here, which uses this principle very very well.

I'd enjoy that house... I'd much rather have a small and efficient space to live in than something huge...less to clean, less to heat/cool, etc. And it's so bright and open! :)

They've come a long way from just putting mirrors on one wall.

Beautiful design. Top floor reminds me of an Arizona or Florida room on the back of some houses. It would probably be my favorite room in the house. Amazing what ingenuity can bring forth.

the concept is valid even if you don't like this particular result. unfortunately, this cannot be done in this country because of the horribly restrictive building codes forced upon architects and homebuilders as a result of lawsuits, insurance companies and trade lobbyists.

This design is insane! Someone needs to tell this guy that seeming larger does not translate into BEING larger. The top floor is practically useless. You will bake in the summer. No wall area for bookshelves or other storage. Wasted, useless space throughout the design. Small living is all about storage, not seeming larger. It won't be long before the occupant runs inito the realities of a small space. Cutting off the corners was the worst.

sucks, you can't paint the walls... if you do ... well, the good thing is that you don't have to reach and stretch much to paint the walls :)

it seems cluttered and unorganizedi like things to be closed off marking their end.It just a vertical open space with tables, chairs, and beds
