He doesn't have "false teeth", aka dentures. He has actual proper tooth implants which he got this month (May 2009) which costs thousands and thousands. Probably somewhere between £20k-£40 depending on the dentist and amount of teeth he got put in. I believe he said he was using the money he got from his recent tour.
