That is not true. From 1979 to 1988 more people from the bottom 20% of income earners made it to the top 20% than remained in the bottom 20%. Overall 86% of people increased at least 1 quintile.What is wrong with people who work hard and build great things to be rich? They will then need to hire people and that will help lift the poor out over poverty. Under socialism the total wealth stagnates and everyone just gets poorer, sure maybe they're equal in the end, but equally poor.
