While I agree with what you say about only marihuana being legal, I cannot agree on making them illegal. You see, it's up to you if you want to do it or not, as Ron Paul said, it's up to the state and their voters to make those choices. And myself, i know they will make the right ones, but if they don't, just don't use it, you don't have to. After all, it's your personal choice what to do.

If people ARE going to use anyway then it should be legal that way instead of cocaine mixed with rat poison and not taxes paid you could buy pure cocaine after an education class and taxes would be paid. I'm not doing coke because it's crazy not because it's illegal. Kids O.D and never tell the doctor what happened out of fear of the Law. Here is a few of the ancient drug arguments:1. people say drugs cause violence. The only reason why drugs cause violence is because of it's illegal status and the money gangs thirst for.2. Drugs cause rape. Well alcoholics are notorious for beating their wives and sexually abusing them, and with all of the sexually revealing images seen in the media temps these types of individuals who commit these acts.
