I feel you gave a good word. I have Aspergers Syndrome, a mild form of autism. People like the girl on "In My Language" almost make me wish I had the Volcan Mind Meld gift, able to join minds. They are not mindless; they understand words, but the "machinery" that connects thinking part of brain to mouth doesn't properly function. I agree, they did a great job of educating us.

I think the best thing in life is for one to admit that they need to learn something - your video is honest and admits how many people think and behave. I hope more people will learn to change their views as they start to learn the facts. Ignore all these losers who are putting you down, some people just want attention. I totally get what you're saying. People are people are people, and no two people are alike. We are all different, and we embrace and love our differences. Power to you!

errr in my opinion...autistic individuals and the mainstream society...are not different at all...they both interact...they both have ideals, feelings, hopes. the only difference is that you live in certain ways to adjust yourself in your own aspect...right? i think reading these comments...make me feel like wer all a bit confused and lost..

DavidlyMe, when someone negative tells you not to make another video, answer that person's negative with two of your positives. Make two new videos. If more people follow this practical rule, soon there will be a lot more positives on videos and elsewhere.

Kelliecomplicated, I think you totally misunderstood him. He's not calling them "lesser humans." On the contrary, he's admitting that silentmiaow taught him something. We can only learn when we recognize our ignorance. Both silentmiaow and DavidlyMe are an essential part of this conversation. I wish everybody was so willing to admit they having finished learning yet.

So maybe I'm dumb, but I'm willing to listen to you and try to understand why you see it that way. I've had a few negative reactions to this video, and I admit I don't understand why. If you'd care to elaborate, I'd happily engage you in a conversation about this.

I was shocked by this, because it seems, your trying to be nice about calling austic and disabled people 'lesser humans' and your trying to say socitey looks upon them with 'hatred'. You dont realise that by saying this in the way you have you have come across clueless, and totaly disrespectful.
