I propose that regional fuel terminal be replaced withe HHO plants with equivilent storage facilities to what they have currently for petro fuels.

Many large vehicles are already powered by LPG or CNG. Vehicles such as buses, tankers and in the alps many train locomotoves. The fule is carried in carbon fiber reinforced tanks at 3500 psi. Yours is a legitimate concerm but it has been adress for over 20 years now.

Electricity can come from plenty of "green" sources including hydro(dams), wind and solar.It doesn't have to come from coal silly.
