go to your gta3 directory....and then go to models and delete txd.img....then start a new game or load a game and it will say something like....converting textures for your video card.....just wait for that loading and then it should be ok

and for some reason the police radio sounds more realistic in the PC Version like it has more bass in the transmission. and I love all of the Ped sayings in this game like "learn to drive" and "Screw you" and "kiss my ass" they are fkn hillarious. my favorite one is the "you drive like a pussy" line, lol 2:54 "i'm hot and you're not.
