It was a name the Romans created for the territory where the majority were Jews. Historically Palestine stood for Jewish land, but when Israel became a nation in 1947, the name Palestine fell out of favor and was replaced with Israel. They are treating an injured man not 'hiding' a Hamas Militant. Ever hear of the Hippocratic Oath?? To do that was a miracle as Israel won't allow medical supplies into Palestine, because of the risk to the drivers!!!!! The UN camp that got creamed wasn't hiding Hamas they were there to try and support the population.
