Scrub, I couldn't imagine the prison system over here in the United States ever doing this type of positive rehabilitation for any of the prisoners, because it would be a "correct" way of doing something for a change. Which the Government & the Judicial System isn't ready for doing something correctly yet. I doubt that they ever will be.
