Thanks for posting Master Tsao. This is great Qigong. I practice these every morning and as your sensitivity awakens you can feel them working.I've heard two theories about this: 1) That the sound is working on the Qi meridians as they are opened by the movement and 2) That the sound works directly on the targeted organs. Which do you think is correct?
